How long does a typical interior project take to complete?
Depending on the scope of work and timeline regulations at the working site, most of our projects are completed in 45–75 working days after design finalization.
Do you provide 3D visualization before execution begins?
Yes, we provide Realistic 3D Visualisation using advanced software like 3ds Max and V-Ray to deliver high-quality renders. This makes it easy for clients to visualise exactly what they will receive before execution begins.
What warranty do you offer on your interior work?
All woodwork is covered under Z&M’s 10-Year Warranty, safeguarding you against any defect in manufacturing or installation workmanship. All accessories, hardware, and appliances are covered as per the respective Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
How does your after-sales support work?

We provide one free-of-cost service visit to the site within 6 months of handover. This covers minor alignment, loose parts, shutter and drawer alignment checks, and any additional concealed wiring needs for the TV console.
Any service calls after the free visit will be on a chargeable basis at Rs. 800 per visit. During the visit, faulty items found will be replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

How do stage-wise payments work at Z&M Interiors?
- 5% – Design Confirmation Advance: Secures your project slot and initiates detailed designs, site measurements, and material finalization.
- 50% – Production Advance: Triggered once designs are approved — covers procurement of premium materials and precision manufacturing.
- 40% – On Structure Completion: Payable once the core structure is completed at site — wardrobes, kitchens, and units installed.
- 5% – On Final Handover: The final payment upon successful project completion and your full satisfaction.
Note: GST @ 18% applicable on account transfer payments.
Can I see completed projects before deciding?
Yes! Once we have presented you with a proposal and you express interest, we can arrange a visit to a completed project within 5 km of your vicinity during the initial phase — so you can see our quality and craftsmanship firsthand before deciding.
