A major shift was on the horizon when leadership was passed onto Mr. Zubair-ul-Haque, the principal designer of the team, who revolutionized Z&M for years to come. To keep up with ongoing trends and digitization, he introduced multiple software solutions to make internal processes smoother and easily traceable. He also trained the workers in order to stay updated with current trends. Upon stepping into the company’s leading role, he improved his sales and operations management skills.
In a significant step towards strengthening financial transparency and operational efficiency, Z&M adopted a modern payment framework to ensure secure and traceable transactions. Prior to this transition, the company largely operated on a credit-based system, where payments were difficult to monitor and lacked adequate traceability. The introduction of the new system marked a paradigm shift in the organization’s financial practices, enabling greater accountability, improved record-keeping, and enhanced security across all transactions.
